Delete your ScreenTime Guardian account and data

This page applies to ScreenTime Guardian Parent and its connected child devices.

Delete in the parent app

1. Open ScreenTime Guardian Parent.
2. Open Account and security.
3. Enter the current password under Delete account.
4. Select Delete parent account, then confirm permanent deletion.

This deletes the parent authentication account, family records, invitations, connected child-device links, synchronized app-usage data, and parent-created limits.

Request deletion without the app

Email the address below from the email used for the parent account. Use the subject ScreenTime Guardian deletion request and include only the parent-account email address. We may ask for additional verification before deletion to prevent unauthorized requests.

Child-device data only

To delete data for one child device while keeping the parent account, use Remove child device and data in the parent dashboard, or use Disconnect parent on the child device.

What may be retained

Data may be retained only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation. A detached anonymous Firebase authentication record may remain without a profile or paired family data if Firebase cannot immediately remove it.
